We host food tastings four times per calendar year, once per quarter. Usually there is one in February, late June, early September, and November. We select a Sunday date base on our availability as we sometimes have Sunday events. We recommend that you attend a food tasting as close to your scheduled event as possible. For example, fall brides should attend the June or early September tasting if possible.
All tasting are at 1:00 PM. You may bring a total of six (6) guests including yourselves. Both bride and groom may choose an entrée (not a side) that they wish to taste. Other brides and grooms will be at the tasting as well and you will be able to sample their entrée selections too. For example, if we have six brides and grooms, there would be 12 entrées for you to sample (again, no sides).
It is important that you contact us a minimum of two weeks prior to the food tasting to let us know if you are attending and how many guests you are bringing. Of course, we need to know your two entrée selections that you want to taste. If you RSVP late, it is very stressful for us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but sometimes it is not possible to get your requested entrees on the delivery truck in time.
