The Final Count, Final Payment, and Seating Chart for your event are required on the Thursday, one full week before the scheduled event. Your guaranteed amount will be charged in full even if fewer guests attend.

 

 

Table Linens & Flowers. . .

 

The Party Center provides, at no additional charge, our standard white linen cloths and your choice of colored linen napkins. A wide selection of colors is available. If you choose to have elegant chair covers or flower arrangements to complete your look, we can suggest excellant purveyors that you may contact.  

 

  

Centerpieces . . .

 

SunValley can provide a variety of vases, hurricane globes, bowls, or mirrors at a cost of $5.50 per table. This applies to any items provided whether entire centerpiece or pieces.  If a florist is used, please advise your florist to contact SunValley to schedule an acceptable delivery time.

  • The final payment, final count, and placecard seating chart for your event are due the Thursay, one week prior to your event.
  • SunValley provides a discount for cash payments.
  • A 20% Service Charge will be added to all charges.
  • Ohio State Sales Tax will be added to all charges.
  • We will honor tax exempt status with proper documentation provided at least 15 days prior to your event.
  • A 3% Prosessing Fee will be added to all charges.
  • A Security Guard is required at every event at SunValley Banquet & Party Canter without exception.  The charge is for 1/2 hour before your event scheduled start time to 1/2 hour after your event scheduled end time at a rate of $26.00 per hour.
